If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may schedule to return it within 7 days of when you received the product. Simply notify us by phone. We will then issue a Return Material Authorization Number. If the items are returned in perfect resalable condition, actual shipping charges paid by Road Armor will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. After 7 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The following terms must be met by you. A restocking fee of $250 will apply to all returns; multiple unit orders will have a restocking fee of $55.00 per additional unit returned.
- The Return must be scheduled with us within 7 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You must include all packaging materials.
- Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
- Customer must pay any return shipping expense unless it is due to Road Armor error.
- Product must be returned with original packaging and in sellable condition otherwise customer is responsible
for all valid repair charges listed below:
- Unit in need of re-powder coating - $350 per unit.
- Unit is need of repackaging for resale and restock = $150.
Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the unit to avoid delays to your refund. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and in good order in accordance with the above and within 7 days of original delivery. Road Armor then has 14 business days to inspect the unit after delivery at which time we will issue credit to your charge account if all of the above are met.
All Road Armor products are warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for the lifetime of the product after the purchase date against any structural defects. We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our products and all parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. The word "defects" as used in this warranty is defined as any imperfections which impair the use of the product for which it was intended. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of such products and components, and Road Armor will have a reasonable amount of time to remedy said defect. This warranty applies under conditions of normal and proper use. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly defects occurring after purchase due to intentional damage, product modifications, and exposure to the elements, misuse, abuse or negligence and labor or assembly costs. Road Armor will warranty the powder coating for a period of 90 days from the purchase date at no cost to the original purchaser. After the 90 day period Road Armor will warranty the finish of our (finished from the factory) products, all shipping costs after 90 days are the responsibility of the customer.
All implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability shall not extend beyond the duration of the written warranty stated above. This warranty is non-transferable. Road Armor's liability is expressly limited to the costs of material for repair or replacement of defective goods and in no event will Road Armor be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use/miss-use of the product.
Any claims made under this warranty must be accompanied by the original damaged product, and written description of the damage and how it happened, and a copy of the original invoice at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in warranty claims. Once the warranty claim is approved Road Armor will fix or replace the product at no additional charge.
Freight charges, labor cost, installation cost, cost incurred due to down time of vehicle, incidental or consequential damages are not covered under this warranty.
Full Payment is due at time of order unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments may be made by VISA / MasterCard / American Express or Discover. Road Armor incurs considerable time and money once an order transaction has been received and placed in production planning. Please know all orders except customs orders are subject to 15% cancellation fee immediately after order confirmation. The receipt of the deposit or written Purchase Order, if on open account, constitutes the agreement and acknowledgement of the required cancellation fee of 15% if Road Armor chooses. All drop ship or freight-call customers or with credit terms from Road Armor have 24 hours to modify or cancel a Purchase Order from the time it was issued. After 24 hours the Purchase order is non-cancellable, as it will have hit the shop floor for fulfillment. Please make sure you are sure that your customers are aware of our terms and conditions of sale before they order through you. Customers ordering by written purchase order will be invoiced for the 15% cancellation fee. Road Armor will retain the authority to either issue a monetary return of those funds received beyond 15% of the original order or an in-store product voucher. Please understand that Road Armor will invoice and pursue all costs incurred in the collection of cancellation fees. All lead-times quoted at the time purchase are subject to change without prior notice after the sales transaction has taken place. In the event Road Armor must enact collection proceedings, or litigation relating to the subject matter of this Purchase Order Agreement, the below signing party shall reimburse Road Armor for all reasonable attorney fees and costs resulting there from. By signing the below you are giving Road Armor full authorization to bill your credit or charge account for any resulting charges resulting in the Return or Cancellation of your order as well as additional freight costs. If unit has been modified in any form and/or damaged, resulting in a non-resalable product under Road Armor's standard production model, the order will not be refunded.
Any custom work i.e. (Logo deletion, etc.) requires an up-front 100% payment. Custom orders are non-refundable. All Orders purchased under a sales promotion will have the following sales terms and agreements applied: - Any cancellation prior to shipment will have a 50% cancellation fee of the full retail price of the product.
All non-proprietary Road Armor products are dropped shipped from a third party vendor. Road Armor cannot be held liable for delays in shipping, backordered items, or a substitution of a similar product if the original item has become unavailable. All promotional packages are while supplies last.
Road Armor does its best to provide accurate freight quotes at the time of sale. We rely on you "the customer" to provide us with accurate details of the delivery point of your requested shipment. All of our freight quotes are given with the notice that the address being provided is either a residence or business with a forklift or shipping dock. We have also had customers be untruthful as to the nature of the address being provided which has resulted in additional fees being charged to the shipment by the carrier. Based on the above; Road Armor reserves the right to charge you "the customer" additional fees associated with the surcharges passed onto us from the freight carrier for your order. This includes limited access fees, residential delivery fees, liftgate fees, fuel surcharge fees, and delivery notification fees. The charges will be charged against the credit card you are providing at the time of sale, and by signing this agreement you agree to the terms said forth above.
Before you sign for the shipment, inspect all cartons for visible damage and note it on the bill of lading. Even if no exterior damage is visible, open all packages immediately and inspect for damage or shortages. We cannot be held liable for any shipping related damage after you have signed for the shipment. If you find that damage was done, immediately note it on the BOL and notify the delivery person for the freight company to start a claim and request an inspection. They will pick up and return the product to us for replacement. You must repackage all the items the way you received them with all packing and crating materials in place.
If there was a problem with the configuration of the product versus what was ordered do not sign for the product at all. Contact us immediately. If you sign for the bumper you have 48 hours to contact us so that we may schedule a pickup in order to ship the bumper back to rectify any problems.
Will be processed no later then 21 days from the date of request of cancellation from customer; they will be paid no later then 30 days from the date of being processed. All refunds will be by company check.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: You are receiving this ROAD ARMOR product RAW/UNCOATED. Be sure to inspect and or test fit your product to ensure proper and adequate surface prep and proper fit before having the product coated, painted, bed-lined, etc. ROAD ARMOR will not be responsible for the cost of coating of your unit if there are any problems with fit or finish that are not noted and addressed prior to having your product coated.
The Builder series is fabricated by End Users and is not warrantied under our ‘Lifetime Structural Warranty.’ Road Armor warranties all assemblies are complete packages to create the specific bumper of choice by the End User. Road Armor does not claim or warranty the works of people outside it’s purview.
The Builder series by Road Armor is a non-discounted product. Discounts are not applied to these products during any promotional period. Returns on this product will never reflect a discount.
Road Armor Lights will have a sticker on the item showing the QC pass with date. All products have a One Year, Non-transferable Limited Warranty.
This One Year, Non-transferable Limited Warranty does not cover any product that is (1) installed incorrectly or (2) damaged by collisions, vandalism, accidents, or willful destruction. Quake LED, LLC (“Quake LED”) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser and no other purchaser or subsequent owner, that our product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the order date. For a period of one (1) year from the order date, at no charge to the purchaser, Quake LED will repair or replace the product(s) if it is determined by Quake LED to be defective. After the warranty period, the purchaser must pay all charges for parts and labor. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the product to Quake LED.

Coverage under this warranty is only valid within the Continental United States.
Quake LED does not warrant the installation of our product. Installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended that all installation be done by a licensed professional. Improper installation may cause damage to the product and/or vehicle on which it is installed and may cause damage or injury to individuals. Quake LED’s warranty does not cover any expenses incurred by removing products that are defective or by re-installing replacement products in their place. To have the product repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the purchaser must return the product to Quake LED. The product must be returned in its original packaging providing all necessary protection of the product while being shipped. Quake LED will return the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser. Quake LED does not provide purchasers with temporary replacement units during the warranty period or at any other time.
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and will automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser resells the product or transfers the vehicle on which the product is installed. The “original retail consumer purchaser” is the person who originally purchased the product directly from Quake LED or a gift recipient of a new product that is in its original packaging and unopened. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to present proof of purchase. We do our best to maintain records of all sales but cannot be held accountable for lost or missing records.
Orders are typically shipped the same business day as the date the order is placed. Orders placed after 2pm (MST) will be shipped the following business day. We ship orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx in order to offer our customers low shipping rates and ensure that their product is received in a timely manner, typically 2-4 business days within the continental US. If you have specific shipping needs or delivery dates, please call us directly at (720)305-8979 to arrange the details. Depending on the circumstance, we may not be able to guarantee delivery to certain locations or within certain time frames.
If you receive a defective product(s), Quake LED will cover all shipping charges from the customer within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, customers are responsible for sending defective products back to Quake LED. Please contact us immediately at (720)305-8979 if you receive a defective product or are not able to get your product working. If a product is returned for testing and is determined to be in perfect working condition by our technical support department, you will then be responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any package that is lost in transit while being returned to us. Please ensure that all products being returned are properly post marked and packaged to minimize your liability if the product is lost or damaged.
All sales are final 30 days after the date of delivery/receipt. Exchanges will only be permitted if Quake LED is contacted within 30 days of the delivery date at (720)305-8979. When exchanging products, all merchandise must be in NEW condition with all of its original packaging and accessories. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount of the actual replacement cost of those items. Once the item(s) is received you will be issued a credit. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges and price differences (if applicable) when exchanging an item.
All sales are final 30 days after the date of delivery/receipt. Returns will only be permitted if Quake LED is contacted within 30 days of the delivery date at (720)305-8979. When returning products, all merchandise must be in NEW condition with all of its original packaging, accessories, and instruction material. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount of the actual replacement cost of those items. Returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee if the return is not due to manufacturer defect. Your refund will be in the form of your original payment, with the exception of cash payments which will be refunded via check, and may take up to 7 days to process once we receive the product. Once the refund is submitted it can take 7 to 10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the one-year warranty period, a claim must promptly be submitted to Quake LED. To begin this process, please contact us as soon as the defect is known and we will issue an RMA number for the warrantied item(s) to be returned and a completed RMA form must also accompany the defective item(s). Claims will remain open for 30 days from the date the RMA form is sent to the customer. If the defective item(s) has not been received by our warranty department within this timeframe, or if the RMA form is absent from the return package and we are unable to identify the sender and/or reason for return, the claim must be re-submitted in order for a new RMA number to be issued and the process will begin again.
1) To receive a replacement prior to returning the defective item(s), the replacement must be paid for by the customer, to be rimbursed once the defective item(s) has been received, processed, and confirmed defective.
2) The item(s) is essential for everyday vehicle operation (i.e. headlights and tail lights) and driving without would could cause undue hardship to the customer. In the event headlights or tail lights need to be replaced, Quake LED requests collateral from the customer in the form of credit card information which will be held on file until the defective light(s) is returned and confirmed defective. If the defective light(s) is not received within 30 days from the date the replacement is sent, the customer's card will be charged for the cost of the replacement. If the defective light(s) is deemed by our warranty department to be without said defect, customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost to Quake LED to receive product that can no longer be sold in 100% new condition.
Quake LED does not cover shipping costs for the defective item(s) to be returned for inspection unless it falls within the first 30 days after delivery/receipt. However, if the claimed defect is confirmed by our warranty department then the cost to ship the replacement item(s) will be covered. Shipping can be upgraded at the purchaser's expense.
If you received the wrong merchandise, please contact us immediately at (720)305-8979 and we will send you a return postage label. Once the merchandise is shown as tracking back to our location, we will ship out the correct merchandise. Shipping can be upgraded at the purchaser’s expense.
If you receive your package and the product is damaged, immediately contact Quake LED Customer Support at (720)305-8979. If there is obvious damage to the product packaging, refuse delivery so that it will be returned to our warehouse. If you received the package and discover damage, contact us to obtain a replacement for the damaged product. We will work with the package carrier to resolve the issue.
If the customer accidentally places a duplicate order and it has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund. In the event the customer places a duplicate order and it is shipped, the customer is responsible for returning the duplicate order item(s). Once received, the customer will be issued a full refund for the item(s), minus any shipping costs paid by the customer when the order was placed.
If any order needs to be cancelled, you must call us immediately at (720)305-8979. The only instance in which a purchaser will not be billed is when the order is cancelled prior to leaving the warehouse. If the order is shipped out prior to us being notified, the order is subject to all the stated return terms and policies. We are not responsible for email cancellation requests that are received after your order has been shipped. The only acceptable cancellation method is to call and notify us immediately.
If you wish to change an item on your order please call us immediately at (720)305-8979 to request the change. This is the only acceptable method to request a change to your order. Orders can only be changed prior to leaving our warehouse. If an order has already been shipped, you may request additional item(s) at your expense. If the changes require a return to our warehouse, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
If you “refuse” a package from our company, you are responsible for any and all charges that are incurred for the shipping unless the refusal is based on damaged packaging by the shipping company. Any refunds issued for “refused” packages will be issued minus original and return shipping charges. If you would like to have your order re-shipped, you must pay for all shipping charges again along with any return postage costs.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or an incomplete address, you are responsible for all re-shipment costs. If you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, a refund will be issued less the cost of shipping. Please check your state and local laws before installing Quake LED products. Every state has different policies and procedures in place regarding aftermarket vehicle accessories. Quake LED is not responsible for any fines that you may incur while using our products. All products are designed for off-road use only.
Quake LED does not and will never collect your personal information to be sold to a third party. All the information you provide to Quake LED is protected to the full extent of the law. Your credit card information is never collected or stored by us. We use a third party verification company to process your credit card information. The staff at Quake LED does not have access to that information and cannot reference or access it in any way. This is for your protection and limits the possibility of a third party accessing your personal information.
1. PROOF OF PURCHASE; REGISTRATION: The Purchaser’s dated bill of sale must be retained as evidence of the date of purchase and to establish warranty eligibility. Please retain all documentation that comes with your order.
2. NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS; WARRANTY SERVICE: If Purchaser believes that a product is defective in material or workmanship, verbal notice with an explanation of the claim shall be given promptly by Purchaser to Quake LED at (720)305-8979. All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. The repair or replacement of any Product or part thereof shall not extend the original warranty period.
3. EXCEPTIONS TO LIMITED WARRANTY: Quake LED shall have no obligation to Purchaser with respect to any Product that is subjected to any of the following: abuse, improper use, negligence, accident, modification, attempted repair by non-qualified personnel, operation of the Product outside of the published environmental and electrical parameters, or if the Product’s original identification (trademark, serial number) markings have been defaced, altered, or removed. Quake LED excludes from warranty coverage Products sold AS IS (scratch and dent products).
4. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY; ACCEPTANCE: Purchaser’s exclusive remedy and Quake LED’s sole obligation is to supply (or pay for) all labor necessary to repair any Product found to be defective within the warranty period and to supply new or rebuilt replacements for defective parts. Quake LED will refund the purchase price for such Product only if repair or replacement fails to remedy the defect.
EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES, QUAKE LED HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY WITH REGARD TO ANY CLAIM OF INFRINGEMENT THAT MAY BE THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE OR IN ANY OTHER STATE STATUTE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THE LIABILITY OF QUAKE LED, IF ANY, AND PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DAMAGES FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ARISING IN TORT OR CONTRACT, SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT FOR WHICH SUCH CLAIM IS MADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL QUAKE LED BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPENSATION, REIMBURSEMENT OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF THE LOSS OF PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE PROFITS OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON WHATSOEVER.
GOVERNING LAW: This non-transferable limited warranty shall be governed by the law of the State of Colorado U.S.A., and the United States of America, excluding their conflicts of laws principles. The courts of Denver County, Colorado, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action with respect to this warranty.
This limited warranty gives specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state or from country to country. Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. You are advised to consult applicable state or country laws for a full determination of rights.
